Academician of the Russian Academy of Education Andrey KAPRIN was awarded the honorary medal “For Outstanding Services”

A general meeting of members of the Russian Academy of Education was held On October 12. It was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Academy. This event brought together leading scientists working in pedagogy, psychology, developmental physiology, and many other fields.

As part of the meeting, elections of new members of the Academy took place, as well as an award ceremony. Therefore, the honorary medal “For Outstanding Services” of the Russian Academy of Education was awarded to the General Director of the National Medical Research Radiological Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the chief oncologist of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Russian Academy of Education Andrey Dmitrievich Kaprin.

Andrey Dmitrievich received the award from the hands of RAE President Olga Yuryevna Vasilyeva.

The Medal “For Outstanding Services” of the Russian Academy of Education is awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation from among managers, scientific and teaching workers of scientific or educational organizations, and figures in the field of educational sciences for promoting the development of education or the field of educational sciences.

– It is a great honor for me to receive such an honorary award. My colleagues and I from the National Medical Research Radiological are making serious efforts to improve the quality of medical education and organize a system of advanced training for both Russian and foreign specialists. Today, more than ever, it is important for us to maintain a given level, improving and developing it, because every year the number of foreign students in our Center is growing,” said RAE Academician Andrey KAPRIN.
