A team of experts from NMIC Radiology takes part in the work of the International Forum “White Nights”

A team of leading experts of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “NMIC of Radiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation takes part in the V International Forum “White Nights”, which takes place in St. Petersburg from June 20 to 23, 2019.

The White Nights Forum is one of the largest events in the field of oncology, bringing together a wide range of specialists from Russia, near and far abroad, the main purpose of which is to consolidate the forces of the medical community to exchange relevant information in order to improve the quality of medical care, increase the detectability of reducing mortality from oncological diseases.
Welcoming the participants of the “White Nights”, Chief freelance oncologist of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Director General of the FSBI “NMIC Radiology” of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Andrey Kaprin stressed the importance of such events for the oncological community:
– This year I had the honor to lead the largest Association of Oncologists in Russia. As the president of the AOR, I want to assure you that we will support, join and actively help in the development of this forum in every possible way. This is necessary and important for professional communication, moving forward, and the development of one of the most difficult specialties in medicine.
As part of the first day of the forum, the chief oncologist of the Ministry of Health of Russia will make a report on the topic “Combating oncological diseases: domestic and foreign experience”.

In addition, our experts will take part as chairs and speakers at the sessions : Prospects for the development of oncological services within the framework of the national project “Healthcare”;  Organization of oncological care in the Russian Federation, Academic standard of clinical research; Problems of organization of oncological care to the population; International experience of organization of oncological care; Innovative technologies in the combined treatment of head and neck tumors;  Reconstructive surgery in patients after upper and lower jaw resection, and in other forum events.
