“We understand that nothing can be done in our work if there are questions with the nursing staff. Nurses play a huge role in primary care. These are the ones who greet our patients as they walk through the emergency department, those who assign them to wards, and help throughout the entire period of treatment. Often, just by a sister’s smile you can understand how you will be treated in one department or another. Guard and ward nurses support our patients, often being one-on-one with them both day and night when they are on duty. Of course, you are our most irreplaceable helpers. Or maybe we are yours, as I often say about anesthetist nurses, operating room nurses, those who deal with radiation or chemotherapy, and rehabilitation. You require a special approach, experience and an absolutely clear head, especially in extreme cases. We congratulate you once again and wish you to always go to work in good spirits and to be surrounded by love and attention at home!”
