The main activities of the Methodological Accreditation and Simulation Center
Accreditation of a specialist
Accreditation of a specialist is an independent procedure carried out in order to determine whether the qualifications of a person who has received a medical or pharmaceutical education meet the qualification requirements of a medical/pharmaceutical worker in accordance with professional standards for independent implementation of medical or pharmaceutical activities. The IAC organizes and supports the procedure of primary specialized and professional (periodic) accreditation of specialists.
The accreditation of a specialist is carried out by sequentially passing its stages by the accredited person on the basis of the methodological accreditation and simulation center of the FSBI “NMIC of Radiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. For the purpose of methodological support of the procedure of accreditation of healthcare professionals, the Methodological Center for Accreditation of Specialists uses a specially created Internet resource fmza.ru , which promptly publishes up-to-date information on the accreditation of specialists for various groups of users and for the accredited, the opportunity to independently assess the level of their training by passing a rehearsal exam is realized.
In the Federal State Budgetary Institution “NMIC of Radiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, primary specialized accreditation is carried out in the following specialties: “Oncology”, “Anesthesiology-resuscitation”, “Pathological Anatomy”, “Radiology”, “Radiotherapy”, “Urology”, “Radiology”, “Ultrasound diagnostics”.
