The Center today is the leading developer and testing ground for the newest radiopharmaceuticals and technologies of their use. The nuclear pharmacy synthesizes innovative radiopharmaceuticals based on radionuclides: Re-188, Lu-177, Ac-225.

They are successfully used in metastatic prostate cancer, primary and metastatic liver cancer, metastatic damage of skeleton treatment as well as in non – oncological diseases, such as chronic synovitis of the knee joint treatment.

The Center conducts clinical testing of brachytherapy of many localizations of malignant neoplasms: breast, inoperable pancreatic tumors, potentially resectable liver tumors.

Applied brachytherapy for melanoma and retinoblastoma using ophthalmic applicators with Ru-106 & Sr-90 produced in Russia is implemented in the Center and shows excellent clinical results.

To undergo examination and treatment under the MHI policy, you must receive a referral to our Center from an oncologist in the form 057/y (at the place of residence), all fields of which must be strictly filled out. An appointment is made through the Information and Contact Center by phone +7 (495) 150 11 22. Primary reception is carried out in polyclinic departments of branches of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical Research Radiological Centre” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation:

Before visiting a doctor, before diagnostic examination, you must apply with form 057/y to the registry of the Center or to the registry of polyclinics of branches for medical documentation under the MHI policy! The list of examinations under the mandatory health insurance policy is established by the administration of the Center depending on the disease. All studies that are necessary for the formulation, clarification, verification of a malignant oncological disease is carried out according to the MHI. Routine (non-specific) studies, such as: clinical blood test, urine test, serology, blood type, biochemistry, ECG, echocardiography of the heart, ultrasound scan of the vessels of the lower extremities, gastroscopy, etc. they are held at places of residence free of charge under State guarantees.

Also, treatment of postoperative, post-radiation complications, chemotherapy, a number of diagnostic and treatment operations are held under the MHI policy in the branches of the Center. This information should be clarified with medical staff.

High-tech medical care is a particularly complex, often exclusive, types of medical care. The list of high-tech medical care for 2018 is determined by The RF Government decree of December 8, 2017 № 1492.

the Federal State Budgetary Institution NMRRC of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and its branches provide high-tech medical care to patients with oncological diseases using high-tech medical care coupons.

In 2017, 8,785 citizens of the Russian Federation received treatment under the High-tech medical care quotas at the FSBI NMRRC of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. A prerequisite for hospitalization in the Center and its branches is having referral coupon for the provision of High-tech medical care, placed in the Specialized Information System of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

To obtain a coupon for the High-tech medical care, you must collect a package of documents:

• Written request to the Medical Commission of the regional health authority;
• An extract from the medical records at the place of observation (up to 1 month old);

Copies of documents: passport or birth certificate, copy of mandatory health insurance (upon availability), copy of pension insurance policy (upon availability), copy of insurance number of individual personal account (upon availability).

The medical institution at the place of observation of the patient sends the entire package of documents to the Medical Commission of the regional health authority for registration of the coupon to provide high-tech medical care.

Within 10 days, the Medical Commission of the Regional Health Authority should consider the package of documents (If the medical records do not contain the results of the necessary tests for a decision, the patient is sent to the medical institution at the observation point for the passage of tests and research).

Within 10 days, the Medical Commission decides on the availability of evidence for hospitalization and gives the coupon to provide high-tech medical care. The medical institution shall enter the date of the patient’s hospitalization in the coupon for the provision of the high-tech medical care (in the case of a workload of institute, the patient shall be placed on the waiting list).

The number of the coupon for the provision of the high-tech medical care is entered on the information portal http://talon.rosminzdrav.ru/ into the register of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

If the authorized Medical Commission of the regional health authority did not provide the patient with the coupon for the receiving the high-tech medical care, the patient, having the collected package of medical documents, can apply to the Directorate of the FSBI NMRRC of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation to receive a coupon -direction for the provision of the high-tech medical care. To do this, you must contact the Information Contact Center at 495 150 11 22 to issue a pass for an appointment with the official making the decision on hospitalization.

The registrar enters an outpatient card for this patient, the patient pays for the medical service at the cash desk according to the current price list. With an outpatient card and a receipt, the patient is sent for a consultation with a doctor, or directly for a diagnostic study, treatment procedure.
