“DEFERRED MOTHERHOOD” programs
In modern life, in an age of excessive employment and career growth, in an age when a woman acquires a masculine outlook on life, builds a business, works for five twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, by the age of forty she has time to do everything: build a career, ensure a comfortable existence and satisfy all material needs.
However, the issue of reproductive function is unresolved. Unfortunately, this trend can be traced all over the world. The patient for the first time turns to a reproductive doctor with the question of the need for pregnancy planning after forty years.
At receptions, we often encounter problems at this age, especially in conditions of chronic stress. Hormonal disorders, abnormal ovarian function, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, etc. appear. And such changes in a woman’s reproductive function entail certain problems in achieving pregnancy. The question arises: what to do in the case when a woman considers it premature to exercise her maternal function? And what can be done so that it is not too late? How to resolve such a dilemma?
Scientists of the NMIC of Radiology have patented and actively applied a program to preserve the reproductive function not only of oncological patients who have undergone chemo and radiation treatment, but also of all those who have certain indications.
